In an article published by Conservative Review on Aug. 30, senior editor Daniel Horowitz criticized Gov. Doug Ducey for supporting a reduced college tuition rate for undocumented students in Arizona.

To drive home his point that Arizonans are negatively affected by Ducey's decision, Horowitz stated that there are more than 600,000 undocumented immigrants in Arizona. Is this true?
