EAS Scenario - A Strange Sounding ICBM..

First time I've done a Nuclear Missile related Scenario in who knows how long. Anyway, This isn't your average Nuclear Attack.. An ICBM's been launched, and for some unusual reason a strange noise was heard inside the missile. What's odd is, however, that this sound is left unknown to the public.
