What's for Dinner Today? Join us in Harvesting & Cooking a Farm to Table Meal! Come along while I prepare dinner today from our Farm.
Well the Rice wasn't grown by us but we're proud of our own home raised chicken and organic baby carrots! Every year we are getting closer and closer to raising all of our own food here on the homestead.

Jerk Chicken
Brown the Chicken in a pan and then add onions/peppers. As Chicken continues to cook add your seasonings like salt/pepper plus the Jerk Chicken Seasoning Mix. I also added Fresh Rosemary and Oregano. Set on Low and Cover until chicken is cooked all the way through and tender.

Glazed Roasted Carrots
Bake the Carrots with a little oil in a sheet pan until fork tender.
Then make a light sauce with fresh squeezed orange juice and a bit of sugar. Toss the baked carrots into the pan with sauce until coated.
