These nuts are rich in micro-nutrients and are a wholesome snack. For sweetening this recipe I have used honey for additional nutritional benefit. These ladoos will be an instant hit among people of all ages. The use of dates in this recipe adds a sweet touch while contributing to the nutritional value. Also please note that when grinding the nuts, only use the pulse mode for less than 2 seconds in each pulse. If we grind for longer, we will loose the texture from the nuts and also it may ooze out the oil from the nuts so only use the pulse mode. These healthy nut laddus will be a wholesome snack which is extremely nutritious and tasty.
