If you didn't have time to watch the whole video, here's a recap:
(1) Always remind yourself that you can't predict the future, and constantly worrying about a future you can't predict isn't helping you.
(2) Try cutting back on caffeine. I know this sucks because we all love coffee, but this really helped me a lot.
(3) Exercise. There's no substitute for this. I know it doesn't seem like exercise and anxiety are related, but they are.
(4) Remember that you're not defective or flawed for having anxiety. It's just another attribute you have. Some people have big feet; you got anxiety.
