Helmet Mandatory For State's Pillion Riders From Today| Mathrubhumi News

T'puram: With the beginning of a new month, the state's two-wheeler riders including pillion riders will now have to wear a helmet. The state will enforce the centre's new traffic rule from Sunday. The MVD will intensify patrolling to create awareness and penalise violators.
