The trial of rape-accused pastor Timothy Omotoso and his co-accused is expected to resume in the Port Elizabeth High Court today. It is expected that the court will hear the findings of the Constitutional Court.
Omotoso's legal team went to the highest court in the land after losing their bid to appeal the dismissal of their application for the exclusion of international charges against the accused.
