This 30-day marathon is for those who want to rid themselves of that excess weight once and for all. Using the proven techniques of the Silva method, you will learn to follow a step by step strategy to achieve success in an area that will lead to better health, confidence, energy and happiness.
For 30 days during the marathon you will be given tasks to perform such as committing to a daily meditation using the "Present-Future" Technique, drinking a glass of water energized for weight loss and performing small, daily physical tasks. By making small doable changes to your eating and exercise habits those pounds will definitely go away forever.
