The iconic drinking horse has disappeared from the Tusan beach in Miri. At this point in time we still do not know why or what caused the collapse. A man made disaster or nature's? Will we be able to find the reason? Whatever it may be, we hope a replica can be constructed to replace it soonest possible. For many Mirians, this loss and the memories of it is hard to bear. Last year on the way back from Bario our Miri friends Mr Yee, Mr Tan and Miss Chong brought us there for our first visit. We managed to do some drone and ground shots. Now all we have are memories of this masterpiece sculpture created by nature. Sad indeed.
