Singapore to issue Stay-Home Notice to all visitors with symptoms linked to COVID-19 Singapore announced on Friday (Mar 13) that all visitors entering the country with fever or symptoms of respiratory illness will be issued with a 14-day Stay-Home Notice, regardless of travel history. National Development Minister Lawrence Wong explained why this tightening of border controls is necessary.
