'Frantic attempts to stop coronavirus have failed, so here is news you can use': Bolt Sky News host Andrew Bolt has presented an analysis of “news you can use” and “news which might even save your life” on the deadly coronavirus.

“I think we now have to accept the frantic attempts to stop the coronavirus have crumbled,” he said.

It comes in the wake of the report NSW health authorities believe two patients have contracted coronavirus via person-to-person contact for the first time in Australia.

NSW health minister Brad Hazzard confirmed on Monday there are now three new cases of coronavirus, bringing the total number of cases to nine in the state.

While on Sunday a 78-year-old Perth man became the first Australian to die from the disease.

Mr Bolt said he has attempted to ascertain the “best advice I can find for you to protect yourself”.

He spoke of washing one’s hands, not going to work feeling ill, for people to stop touching their face so regularly and to use tissues instead of a hanky.
