Zero Oil Poha | Healthy Easy Breakfast Poha Recipe without Oil | How to make Poha | पोहा रेसिपी Poha is a healthy light breakfast made of flattened or pressed rice. It’s very is easy and quick to prepare and taste good too. To make it more nutritious I have skipped oil and have added peanuts and lots of seasonal veggies & coconut to it you can also add roasted ( bhuna) Chana or even some diced panner to make it more nutritious.
