MCSO: Woman who drove SUV into Surprise pond was subject of Silver Alert

The driver who lost control of their vehicle and plowed into a community pond in a Surprise neighborhood early Tuesday morning was the subject of a Silver Alert, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office said.
