Double-deck layout design for a Tennessee prototype

In this video, I design a partially double-decked HO-scale railroad that follows a Tennessee prototype.
Three railroads are represented: a section of the Southern RR main line from Oneida to Sunbright; the junction with the Tennessee RR in Oneida; and the Brimstone RR - which is represented in its entirety.
