Burn calories, reshape and sculpt. While this is TOTAL BODY, we will especially target abs, glutes & legs.

Get ready to hit out those abs and mix in some cardio intervals on our feet. In this preview you will get to do one whole circuit with me for 2 rounds, 10 minutes each.
