I still have my moments of using butter and parmesan, and not everything I eat are the best options. I've done my homework, searched within myself and listened to my body. This way of eating is what I came up with. Most everything I show in this video is what I always shop for and eat. When things got easier while being calculated my food became that much tastier. I don't think about what to eat for every meal, I keep it simple and can mix and match so much of what I eat.
