Kumar was speaking at Realty & More magazine’s knowledge forum ‘R&M Podium’, where he was the Chief Guest. Kumar further added that In our country for a farmer we say "Annadata", a builder provides the next most important thing in life after food which is shelter and therefore the same kind of feelings which people have for somebody who is getting you food should come for a builder also. The UP RERA Chief further added that the objective of builders should be to operate in such a fashion where builders support each other to ensure that they are able to fulfill commitments which have been made. “If somebody has a panacea to a particular problem we share that so that others can also be benefited and most importantly whatever is happening around we should quickly move to take advantage of that so that homebuyers can get there houses and people who are waiting for some space to give some more jobs to IT professionals can get that build in quickly and move ahead with their business”, said Kumar.
