Alabama man accused of using fake profile to entice another man to meet 13 year old girl for sex

Jordan David Raper is accused of using a photograph of a 13 year old girl to set up a fake dating profile and then inviting another man to meet the teen for sex authorities said.

Jordan David Raper who is age 18 of Hartselle was arrested Tuesday and charged with on felony count of traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act, and two counts of transmitting obscene material to a child by computer according to the Morgan County Sheriffs Office.
