Kochi: Kerala Cricket Association said that ombudsman Justice V Ramkumar was removed from the position as the association couldn't bear the heavy expenses of having him. According to an affidavit filed by the KCA in High Court, the association spent Rs 80 lakh in the previous year for the salaries and other expenses of ombudsman and his staff.
