Those with self-respect won't contest Rajya Sabha with AIUDF’s support: Himanta Biswa Sarma

BJP top gun Himanta Biswa Sarma today said that if the Congress and AIUDF joins hands, than mainstream candidates of the Congress who will fight elections would instead vote for the BJP if AIDUF chief Badruddin Ajmal goes for campaigning to garner support in their favour.
The BJP strongman is of the view that those who have self-respect will never contest on an AIUDF ticket to get elected to the Rajya Sabha.
Himanta Biswa Sarma also said that one who is an indigenous will never contest on a AIUDF ticket.
