E3 Plans Start To Change After Cancellation And The Nintendo JoyCon Drift Case Continues | News Wave Now that E3 2020 has been cancelled, publishers are now altering their plans to announce their games on their own. Several companies have already started to announce their plans to live stream and present games in their own events making us wonder if streams will still take place during the originally planned E3 week in June. For a while now Nintendo has been dealing with the JoyCon drift issues and a class action lawsuit has been ongoing for a while now. Currently some progress has been made after Nintendo attempted to dismiss the case outright.
