Detectives on Sgt. Kenei's murder narrow down on nine persons of interest

Homicide detectives probing the death of Sergeant Kipyegon Kenei, an administration police officer who until his death was attached to the office of the deputy president have identified 9 persons of interest to be interrogated and possibly arraigned for murder.
This, as detectives made another fact finding visit to the department of defence where some officers are suspected to have taken part in the fictitious military equipment tender.
