Coronavirus (Covid-19) Medication Remdesivir Set to Start Clinical Study! Treatment for Coronavirus

Remdesivir is an antiviral medication that has been suggested to have possible efficacy against Covid-19 (coronavirus 2019/2020). Since there has not been a formal clinical study done (randomized control trial {RCT}), it cannot be used as a treatment yet for the masses.

Now that remdesivir is set to start a RCT soon, we can have more information on how effective remdesivir is against Covid-19 when the study results are in.
