In 2015 I lived in a basement apartment below quite possibly the most annoying people I have ever experienced. Barking dogs at all hours, ghetto cat fights, smoke constantly pumping in through the vents, cars completely blocking the driveway, and backyard sitting in car parties. There really was no limit to what these people were capable of. Please do not enjoy this video, just know that if you live in a place like this you are not alone. Thankfully I don't live there anymore and for you this video is less than 3 minutes of torture.
