Singapore and Malaysia to set up joint working group to contain coronavirus outbreak Singapore and Malaysia will set up a joint working group to prevent and contain the coronavirus. Singapore has nominated Senior Minister of state for Transport and Health, Dr Lam Pin Min, to co-chair the joint working group. In a video conference on Feb 11, Health Minister Gan Kim Yong and his Malaysian counterpart Dzulkefly Ahmad updated the situations in their respective countries and discussed public health measures and clinical management of the disease.
