THUGS ARE ALLOWED TO MOVE FREELY WITH WEAPONS??

Don't be SURPRISED to see these frauds yet in Lokmanya Terminus!! They are not scared of Police!
They are openly roaming around drunk with screw drivers and blades with them and within the knowledge of Police!!!
The Police Departments should seriously take action against them or else I am there!!
