Dr. Stanley K. Ellis, also known as Mr. M.I.E., is a Motivator, Inspirer, & EMPOWERER.
Dr. Ellis created Sille Educational Consulting to train youth to Serve, Lead, and Succeed. Dr. Ellis believes that all youth have the capacity to succeed. As a consultant, trainer, educator, and youth motivation speaker, he endeavors to facilitate youths’ success by Motivating, Inspiring, and EMPOWERING (MIE) them. He calls this, “The M.I.E. Effect”. He implements the M.I.E. Effect to reframe how youth view themselves and how they think about the at-risk label society has placed on them.
