Addressing social determinants of health as an academic health center

The Ohio State University's seven health sciences colleges and its health system, the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, are combining forces to tackle our neighborhoods' social determinants of health, those factors outside of the hospital or exam room that affect the health of every individual.
