Grab to return P5 million in excess charges through credits: PCC | DZMM The PCC and an independent third party trustee will have access to Grab’s database to identify riders eligible for the refund, or those who used the ride-hailing service in 101 routes where Grab committed pricing violations, Commissioner Johannes Bernabe told DZMM. Credits can be used to pay for services within the app.
