"With the white voice that my breath leaks" - Be aware that I made this connection. Completely free of context you could translate it as "White voice - leaking breath".

"I opened up my lips obscenely" - Kyo changed the lyrics here. Originally it's a "wound" that opened up, here I can hear him sing "lips" (kuchibiru).

"[...] starts to dissolve your heart" - Not in an emotional sense, but the actual organ.

"It resounds in the dim morning - farewell" - I believe Kyo also changed the lyrics here, but I can't make out what he's singing in the first part, so I went with the original lyrics. "Farewell" was once "Goodbye" here (instead of "sayonara" he sings "saraba da").

"One single spring" - Sadly what gets lost in translation is that the counting word used to mark that it is "one" spring, usually is only used to count flowers.

3:12 - 3:25 - I couldn't find a source indicating what he's singing here and at this point I am questioning if it's actual words, however if anyone reading this knows more about this, please share!
