Certis launches $10 million corporate university to train workers in security sector Security provider Certis has officially launched its $10 million corporate university, which will offer courses for workers in the sector to upgrade their skills, involving tools such as artificial intelligence, data analytics and virtual reality. Touted to be the first in Asia, the university is part of a MOU signed with SkillsFuture Singapore. At the launch of the corporate university at Bukit Timah, Education Minister Ong Ye Kung urged the security industry to keep up with digitalisation and technological advances, so workers can be freed up to perform higher-value roles.
