California authorities investigate spreading wildfires

Huge wildfires continue to affect large parts of California forcing thousands to flee their homes. Many are pointing to global warming as potential root cause for the fires . However,
authorities are investigating whether a technical fault at a local power provider may be to blame for the largest wildfire.
