The Setters, Dottie and Dill, and I headed to Demetree Park to work on e-collar heel and experience a bit off-leash freedom. This long line exercise is a great way to check in with your dog's attention and listening skills, as well as a way to practice off-leash exploring! These kiddos had no problem staying close! As a matter of fact, we had to put them in Downs to create distance for the recall exercises! We then continued our work with walking both dogs in tandem! This was an impossibility before their training as both dogs would work each other up and be completely out of control!
