Kurdistan Supporters Protest Trump-Authorized Turkish Invasion of Syria

Supporters of the Kurdish people protested this afternoon outside the White House against President Trump's decision to authorize a Turkish intervention into Syria.

The group says that Kurds support American values and were instrumental in defeating the Islamic State and that the Turks - who oppose them - will usher in a new wave of Islamic extremism.
