Aramco IPO Uncertain & Latin American Unrest The to-be largest IPO is still in doubt as Saudi Aramco has ramped up its efforts to push through the listing by the end of the year. Oil and Gas Historian Doug Elenbaas joins the show to steer us through the state of the IPO and the future for oil markets.
